It's here at last!
The Emaskan Prophecies - An Heir to the Throne, my first book in The Emaskan Prophecies trilogy is finally available to buy in paperback and on kindle through Amazon!
Holding my book for the first time turned out to be an emotional experience. I've been writing this thing forever (at least that's how it feels!) and to see it printed and wrapped in it's cover was almost overwhelming. An author at last!
The idea for The Emaskan Prophecies came to me a few years back and it's changed a lot since then, as have I.
Since I started writing the book, I've been diagnosed with a heart condition, had two procedures to correct said condition (without success), changed jobs at least three times, become an auntie, lost friends, gained friends and had more highs and lows than a big dipper!
But every second was worth it just to see my title in those bold letters.
Publishing, however, is not where the work stops. Promotion and marketing is something I have never really done before and I'm just getting to grips with it. The list of things to do is endless but I'm working my way through it steadily. This blog is the latest item to be checked off my list. I'll be using it to discuss my own work and to talk about other works of fiction that I've read.
First though, I'm going to include the synopsis from my own novel.
